Centurion 5 Case... Cooling Idea, need support!

Ok.. I just ran across some funny things... I did some research into the C5 case and modding it is very limited.. Due to the construction of the case. For instance you cannot cut out the metal infront of the front 80mm fan due to the I/O Ports and Power Switches mounting there. So I have an idea.. At the moment I have upgraded fans in the case (Blue LEDs).

What I'm thinking of doing is this, I found the Scythe Kama Bay that mount into 2 5.25" bay slots with a 120mm Fan. I have 4 slots out of the 5 free. I dont use anything else but a CDRom. I was thinking about buying two of the bay mounts and upgrading the fans to 2k RPM fans and putting them behind the bay covers. The entire front of the C5 is black metal mesh with filters so airflow can go through. My question should I do it? and if I do should I put in Blue LED Fans or just black. Would it be overkill having blue glowing up that high?

Ok, well I've cut out the grill for the 80mm fan in front, so I dont see how you say you cant. It's not like its gonna chop the wires for the power/LED, they are all far away from it.

Second, I've tried the 120mm idea in your 5.25in bay, and they works and brings lots of balance to flow of air. The 80mm gets mostly choked by the hdds it has to flow through and ends up cooling PCI cards more than anything. The 120mm idea is good to get more air twords the CPU. The only disadvantage I've found is that even if the fan is quiet, noise will be added since the whole grill is open. Its not a great case for a silent computer. If your not concerned about this extra noise, then it's a great idea. You can just put one 120mm ~1600rpm fan and easily see temp drops in degrees. No need for the kama bay unless your set on 2 fans there. When I was testing it, I just leaned it against the inside of the filter and bays, but I had a grill on that side, so I dont know how it would work for you.
 
I shall try this method then..

I'll post back after this weekend with photos when I re-do everything..
