Centos is insane?!

Dear lord, why is it so hard to install F@H on Centos? All it took was about 5 minutes on Gentoo and I was up and running. Am I missing the easy way to do this?
 
Have you tried the "finstall" script? Done by ivoishee (or however you spell that :p) at the FCF, it's pretty slick.
