buildin a cheap pc for a friend with followin spec:
celeron d320/2.4g
asus p4s800 or gigabyte 8vt800rz
512mb gerenic pc3200
80gb seagate ata

initially plan to use 32m geforce2 mx200 agp video card but prob better to get one with built in video. any budget mobo with built in video n oc ability?

how about asus p4s800-mx or p4p800-mx or p4r800-vm, or gigabyte 8vd667k?
 
dont worry prob get p4p800-mx. hopefully it can oc 18x166=3000 at stock voltage.
18x200=3600 would be nice.

one thing is should i get 2x 256m pc3200 for dual channel?
