Celeron-D voltage

I was taking a look at the Celeron-D chips for an application of mine and relized what voltage it ran at, or at least what newegg.com says. Quoted below:

/me thinks of pushing on the voltage.

That's from the Intel site, but it's misleading. I think the 0.956 - 1.052V is the internal core voltage and not the INPUT core voltage.
If you look at the Celeron D data sheet from the Intel site, it says that the VID (Voltage Identification Definitions) values can vary from 0.85V to 1.6V, BUT the current and voltage specifications for the Celeron D (Page 23) show the VID range is : Min 1.250V, max 1.4V. the abolute maximum rating is 1.55V (page 17)

My motherboard selects the default at 1.4V, and I've tweaked it to 1.4375V

The 2.4G runs at about 3.0G, 2.66G runs at 3.6G

They probably got it confused with the Celeron M.
