Celeron D Too Hot?

Is it normal for my Celeron D 2.4GHz Intel stock fan to speed up to 4000rpm while playing games? The temp hits low 60s as well. This is on an Asus P4P800SE mobo (Socket 478), with several case fans.
 
Thats about how hot my Celeron D 2.4@3.8 runs with a Zalman 7700cu.

Ok, so then maybe I need a new heatsink. The Intel one (well, the fan) is extremely loud at 4000rpm. Recommendations? I'm in Canada btw, so no Newegg :(
 
My Celeron D 2.93ghz has never gone above 42* C, gaming or not. I'm using the stock Intel cooler too.

What's your room temp? Here in Toronto, room temp was ~20C a few days ago, my CPU(P4 LGA775 2.8 @ 533) ,temp was 45-50C when idle, <60C under load. Now, the room temp rises to ~30C, the CPU temp jumps to 55-60C idle, and <70C under load.
 
My girl's Celeron D 2.66 goes from 45ºc idle to 55ºc @ load, when i built her computer i removed the gray thermal pad and applied soime artic silver 5 and it seems to make a good job with stock cooling, which never goes above 2500rpm
