Celeron D 325 Voltage

I received my D 325 cpu and on the box it says voltage: 1.25-1.4v. Does this mean 325's should not be ran over 1.4v? What's the general accepted voltage for Celeron D 325's when it comes to OC'ing? I'm using this CPU in my server so I don't plan on getting carried away with my OC but I am curious as how far it can go before I set her to default.
 
I've seen people run Celeron D's with 1.45v. I run my 320 at 3.6 with 1.4v
