Celeron 478 package heat sink

I have a Intel Celeron processor. (478 Package). In order to remove the heat sink, it says I need a special tool. Is there any other easier way to do this? If not, what is the name of the tool and where can it be found?

Any help is appreciated.
 
Do you mean the heat spreader on top of the chip or just the HSF?
