Im looking for a 5.25 Bay cover that has fans built in. Does something like this exist? I've googled and looked around but could not find it. I've seen this done as a custom job, but would rather buy it.

How about Scythe Kama Bay? You can mount it in two directions, either horizontally or vertically.
 
They were more popular like 8-10 years ago. They're kinda loud and don't really push much air.
 
In my new build i got a maxcool (syntrin) hard drive cooler and that fits in the 5.25 bays. Comes with heat sink and 2 blue led 40mm fans, but as i don't like led's too much i replaced those with 3 scythe quiet 40mm fans. (lets you add an extra 40mm fan besides the first 2)
Can use 2 in 2 bays but that's personal choice. Have not seen any 2 bay fan setups yet.
Like others have said it doesn't really pull too much air but it helps to circulate the air in a hotter area of my case and it keeps my velociraptor cooler so good for what i need it for..:p
May as well get dual usage if you absolutely need a small bay fan and don't want/can't fit in a 120mm fan.
