Hi Everyone,
I recently purchased an MP3 that came with software where I had to
import all of my music from my Windows Media Player. However, one morning
while I was downloading my music from the MP3's software application, I
decided to multi-task and burn a CD from the Windows Media Player at
the same time. That is when it stopped working. The error message states,
"Quality Messages could not be sent because quality sink has not been
defined." My CD player will not play or burn. I tried the so called
wonderful "Windows XP Restoral" function but that only gave me an error
message stating "No changes have been made" no matter how far back I went
on the calendar dates so it will not acknowledge a restoral request. I have also rebooted several times.
Please help!
Yvonne
