CCC won't open run

I just updated to the latest driver and CCC Catalyst Control Center from AMD's website on my Windows 7 64 box. I started with the Catalyst Software Suite (64 bit) English Only package and when none of the Start>Programs shortcuts would start, I uninstalled it and then installed the Display Driver and CCC separately. I received no error messages and rebooted whenever prompted. CCC worked fine before I updated. It was preinstalled by Dell and worked fine until I updated. Any ideas?

Edit: I think I know what's wrong. I checked for Windows updates and there's one for the .Net framework version 4. I think it may be somehow related to installing Bioshock just now... Anyway, CCC uses the .Net framework so I be that's it...hopefully.
 
^Thanks. After I updated .Net Framework 4, I rebooted and checked for new updates. There was a service pack for .Net and C++. I installed them and rebooted when prompted.

But it still wouldn't run so I uninstalled, rebooted to safe mode and ran driver sweeper and CCleaner, rebooted, and then reinstalled and that finally got 'er done.
