CCC missing on install

Pics are little hard to see but ill walk you through.
I cant seem to get catalyst control center to install

If I try to install it says its already there and up to date, Ive tried with just CCC and the whole driver package

Ive tried about everything and will be rolling back to previous drivers. Problem is I can only find the 10.6 on ATIs site and Im going to be making the move to crossfire today and dont want to miss out on a bunch of games

any info would be helpful thanks! Im gonna try rolling back right after this post
and yes done clean installs of 10.9 (driversweeper,safe mode, etc)

It seems when I was deleting the drivers only the actual driver was getting deleted, not the CCC, hdmi driver, drag and drop transcoding etc. So I ran the install manager, selected uninstall, and uninstalled all that crap. Then ran a clean install, and now I have my ccc again
 
Don't bother with CCC anyways, RadeonPro should suit all your needs without being the crap that is CCC, i have not installed a panel from either company in like 5 years.
