Can somebody PLEASE tell me what the hell CLI.EXE is,
no matter what I do I can not get the 5.3 catalyst drivers to install without an initialization error when trying to start CCC

I've used driver cleaner, I've shredded CLI personally

Help is very welcome, had the same problem since CCC first came out
 
I never said my thanks because of my embarassment but my friend's XPS never told him that he needed the .net

Now CCC works flawlessly and A.I helps too.
