I've recently got this message out of the blue. Tried uninstall, driver cleaner, reinstall with the latest drivers but still getting this error message. Anyone know how to fix this?

I've spent the last 10 hours in AMD driver hell trying to get CCC to work so I can get correct scaling for my monitor, and I've given up and I'm decided on getting an Nvidia card. AMD drivers are fine until one little problem occurs, then its worse than getting a massive Trojan horse infecting your system. Fuck ATI/AMD, I've given you enough money and gotten nothing but problems in return.

And then, a year or two down the line (or maybe sooner) you'll have the same thing with an nvidia driver, and will say
Fuck nvidia, I've given you enough money and gotten nothing but problems in return.
and thus the situation repeats.

AMD drivers are very poor, but geforce drivers aren't a great deal better. Monitor scaling in catalyst really isn't that difficult either <shrugs>

sounds like a net framework problem.

Yeah, when that happens you have to clean out & re-install the while .net framework. A giant pain in the ass to do. I have a dualboot win 7 on this machine & one CCC always worked, on the other one it never worked.

I never bothered to re-install it & use Radeon Pro.
