CCC fan control issue

I have enabled the manual fan control option through the Catalyst Control Center but every time I reboot my computer the fan speed reverts back to the default setting of 21%...I have to open CCC each time for it to go to my custom fan speed

is there any way for CCC to remember my custom fan speed setting?

didn't even know about profiles until now...so everything reverts back to default on reboot if I don't save it as a profile?...even my 3D settings?
