I am very meticulous when it comes to simple stuff like this.

I have Norton Internet Security 2004 and when ever I shut down it has to end a program for a second or two. I was told if I end the process that the security wont work.

Does anybody know how to stop the task manager from closing this every time I shut down??

I have had alot of trouble with various Norton products not terminating ccApp.exe properly. My first suggestion would be a reinstall, unless there are updates available that might fix it.
