I want to build a desk with CCs but Ive heard that when you make the wires longer the CCs dim. and I want to use my comp. PS so when I turn the comp on the CCs come on....what do I do

Make the supply lines longer. This means that you will have to have your inverters on your desk close to the lights, but it will ensure the lights light up fully.
