I was sitting at my computer when I noticed that the light from my computer became noticeably dimmer. I looked at the window, and it seemed as though the cathodes were not giving off any light. However, when I removed the side panel and looked at them, they were still blue, but extremely dim. I started shuffling around the transformer and they started flashing a bit...one of my fans in my case also became NOTICEABLY louder, like it was overvolting or something. I then shut down the system via rocker switch on power supply, restarted, and the cathodes were fine, and the fan was running at normal speed again
Should I be worried? WTF was that?
I have a Fortron 450w, 11 case fans, 2 hard drives, and 1 cd drive, if that helps.
