cathode light question

im going to purcahse a cold cathode light for my case, but for a cathode light is it just a 3 pin connector like a regular fan would be, because i saw some other cords bundled with it and wasnt sure
 
It's a 4-pin molex connector, not a 3-pin.

It'll hook up just like a CDROM or hard drive would connect, except there is a switch included so you can turn it on and off.

Just follow the directions that come with the light, and you won't have any problems.
 
I think it actually depends on model. Either way you can get an adaptor for it.
