OK ATI's crappy COntrol Cente refuses to even load up to let me change any settings saying that I dont have sufficient premisssion or such such bullshit. My account is the only one on the computer and is the administrator account.

Any setting I have to change? Do I have to reinstall this crap again? If I do I will just skip the damned control center crap.
 
It sucks yes.. but it specifically tells you, install .Net Framework 1.1, not 2.0... 1.1...
 
I have 1.1 and it was working just fine yesterday. Turn computer on today, no software or hardware changes mind you, and now it starts this crap.
 
I used to have this exact same problem. I found out that it was ZoneAlarm causing the problem, blocking anything that CCC did. I set it to allow CCC, and now it works.
