Catalyst Control Center Profiles Won't Work

I could be doing something wrong and if so I hope someone will enlighten me. I can't seem to get profiles to work with the Catalyst Control Center. I'm using the 5.6s now but I've never gotten profiles to work. I setup the settings the way I like (say for instance, max everything out) then click on the "Profiles" tab, type in a name for the profile (in this case, "Best") and then click save. I'll then change the settings to something a bit lower, say dropping AA to 4 instead of 6 and AF to 2 instead of 16. I'll then click on the "Profiles" tab, type in a new name (in this case, "EQ2") and then click save. If I then go activate the "Best" profile, all my settings stay right where they are, with AA at 4x and AF at 2x.

No matter what I do my profiles never seem to take. Any help appreciated.
