catalyst control center problem

I just recently updated my driver and when I try and open the catalyst control center I get an error box saying

you do not have permission to change catalyst control center settings. please contact your administer for further help

what do I need to to do to access it?
 
any luck with this..I am now having the same problem and there is literaly no info on this.
