catalyst control center issue

I'm running the latest catalyst softmods made by W1zard and when I bootup the control center pops up saying I don't have permission to edit my control center settings.

I am the administrator, this is the administrator account.

Gimme some ideas here, I already reisntalled it a few times, same problem.

Try using official 5.7 cats, see if it still gives you the same problem, I know it's a hassle. But see if it's not the cats that are causing this... Trial and error, my friend.
