When i enter the CCC, the apply and discard buttons keep flashing on and off, and i have on idea what is causing this.

Also, when i try to update my drivers, it updates half-way, then instantly gives me the finished, but when i check CCC, it tells me i still need to update, and occasionally gives me the update reminder.

Also, i don't know if this is a GPU specific problem, but every once in a while, when i'm watching a video (youtube/twitch), i get the driver have recovered, followed by green where the video should be and a BSOD within 10 seconds.
 
Have you completely uninstalled all graphics drivers from the control panel then reinstalled?
