But is it just me that can't get Catalyst vsync to work? (via Gaming -> 3D -> "Wait for vertical refresh - Always on")
So far, I've only tested BF3 and Crysis, with 12.7 beta, but it seems it's been a problem in previous drivers and other games too.
The in-game vsync works just fine, but I was hoping not to use Crysis' in-game vsync because not only does it cap it at 60hz even though I have a 120hz monitor, but, for some reason, on an AMD card, it seems to cap it at 50, which is peculiar for a vsync frame rate.
Afterburner/Rivatuner frame limiter does what it's supposed to, but since tearing still persists even when frame rates are within refresh rate maximums, I need to find a way to make vsync work.
Any input would be appreciated.
