Are they really ATI Catalyst 3.9 drivers? I have only seen 3.1 but on some website for benchmarks it says Catalyst 3.9..... if there is really a ATI Catalyst 3.9 can someone tell me where it is located thnx in advance.

Umm, ATI has previous drivers available on the webpage as well. Perhaps actually opening your eyes and reading would be a prudent course of action :p

you can find 3.9 and older versions of the CAT drivers from www.ati.com just click on drivers then click on passed drivers or older drivers.

If you opened your eyes and looked in the elft corner of that webpage, you would see the download link to Catalyst 3.10.

But clearly you are blind....
