Lol....look at the difference between all of those drivers in Far Cry...the biggest difference was 2fps... :rolleyes:

LOL you are talking about performance for one game. There are a lot more games that farcry and a lot more video cards than what you're comparing fps in farcry with.

Sorry, but the average difference in games is still less than 5%. I guess if you're possesed with stupid benchmarks then switching drivers every day is just for you

I don't run benchmarks I look at quality. Drivers can definitely improve on whatever it is you're looking at.
 
They really should vary the test a bit there. Probably not going to be many big revelations in performance with respect to Farcry and Doom3 for a while, but I know there's been a difference between the last 4 sets and CS:S. 4.12 > 5.1 > 5.2 <= 5.3? There's also a huge difference between the omega 4.12s and all catalyst 5.x sets so far in HL2 performance. I know I saw huge drops in performance. Omega must have put some super tweaks in those drivers :eek:.
