I've been in need of good disk cloning software for backing up my RAID 0 array. I read the article on the front page of [H] "System Backup 101" and decided to purchase Casper XP due to its praise.

I just cloned my 149GB (two 80GB WDJB) to my 149GB (160GB WDJB) Backup. To see how well this software works, I attempted to boot from my backup drive, but I kept recieving the Insert Bootdisk Failure error msg. I then booted off my RAID array and went into Disk Defrag to analyze the drives and compare the two side by side. My newly cloned Backup needs to be defragged, while my RAID array is fine and does not need this.

Is it not possible to use this software, and what i'm trying to accomplish, with RAID?
