Cashing Out

Coinbase over here, used to be paypal with trusted members or craiglist and cash.
 
Also a fan of Coinbase. Their prices are very competitive and it deposits directly into your bank account.
 
For those that are Canadian (for anyone referring to this thread in the future), I've used both Virtex and Vault of Satoshi to cash out to CAD$. Both are very reputable, but I think Vault of Satoshi is probably slightly better.
