I'm really looking for a case with a black interior. So far I only know of the Lian Li PC-X500B, the Antec P182SE, and the Silverstone SST-FT01B-W.

Has anyone seen any others that are completely or almost completely black interior?

The akasa series (mirage, eclipse, and omega) all feature black interiors with a polished motherboard tray. The akasa eclipse is sold as the ultra m998 in the US. Another option is to have Performance-PCs powder coat the interior of the cases they offer for ~$200.

Check out www.mountainmods.com
All of their cases have same finish - every single part.
I got a black wrinkle powder coat and its very durable.
They also got anodize black inside and out. Little cubes, big cubes and towers.

I have the Lian Li A70 from Performance PCS. They powder coated it in black and it looks fantastic. Can post pictures if you would like.

Of the ones mentioned I would go with the Antec twelve hundred for the best bang for buck. You can find it for only $129.99 + shipping in the hot deals section. The Antec 900 is extremely popular and the 1200 is just a larger full tower model with more fans and space. I was also considering the new Lian Li TYR PC-X500B as well but I don't think I'm going to go with it considering it doesn't have all that much to offer and I can't justify it's price tag.

I wouldn't pay $200 to have one powder coated by Performance-PCS. You should be able to find someone locally to do it for less than that and if not then just do some reading and learn to paint it yourself if you're wanting a different case with an all black interior.

Unless I'm mistaken, you could just use self-etching primer and then black spray paint on the interior of the case? Anyone want to confirm/deny?

Paint would work fine, and if applied properly, can look good and be quite durable.

However, it's being powdercoated gloss black by a friend, should have the pieces back tomorrow.

PPCs powder coating cases for $200!!!???!?!?

damn! the materials are usually less than $10, and it doesn't take any time.

Local PowerCoating company here in Indy called Indy Powder Coating coated my full tower RocketFish Lian Li for under $55.

I actually tried painting it but with crappy weather and being way too finicky i decided to have it powdered. The paint/sandpaper supplies and time in my opinion was way more to me than the $55 spent having it powdercoated.

That's awesome, I'm from Indy and was looking for places to get a case powdercoated.

www.indypowdercoating.com my friend!

This was like 6months ago and they were like "Uh...a pc case? Why?...If its metal we can do it so sure!"

Awesome service, took 2 days total turnaround time as they have to sandblast it, powder it, then bake.

Not a bad price though at all from what I've heard from other people using different shops.

Is that the same place that used to do the Kenny Brown suspension parts?
