Touchpad is just a little larger then the iPad (0.2"x0.5" larger), and the same form factor unlike the Samsung Galaxy that Apple is suing. I got a nice case from Woot a little while back fully intending on getting a tablet.
 
Any good sleeves that fit snug? I prefer pulling out a device and using it naked.

iPad is 243mm x 190 mm
Touchpad is 240mm x 190 mm

Touchpad is a tiny bit smaller, not larger.
I have a sleeve that I used to use for my iPad that was just a tiny bit tight on top, but it fits the Touchpad perfectly.
 
I ordered one of the bottom listed covers in OP, came in today, touchpad gets here tomorrow..

Ill let you guys know how well it works out.
