Are there any other cases on the market that are like the Silverstone FT02 where all the plugs are on the top of the case instead of the rear?
 
Silverstone is the only maker of the VHT (vertical heat transfer) cases. Go to their website to look for more of them. IE: TJ11, FT03 and mini, ETC. They also do custom designed cases for boutiques like Maingear etc.

I have not heard of anyone else who does make VHT cases.
