first up is the antec nine hundred

its a steel midtower with 120mm intake/exhast/side and a huge 200mm blowhole. The large space in the middle is the 'beer holder' as stated by one of the big guys at antec. 149.99 retail i think.

the case doesnt come with all the mulit colored fans, these were just demos.

next up the dangerden testbed style cases. They got 3 kinds, air/water/toruture. the air and water ones are closed boxes with different holes/mounts but the torture is mainly a frame open on the top and sides. Here is a demo one that is covered so it wont get messed by visitors

no these are production for sale cases that will be for sale soon. The only two you cant get are the last two custom ones made special for the pdxlan staff.

hahaha.. I just noticed that too.. I was like wtf? Thats it!!! lol. We all thought it was a modified thermaltake or something. :p
 
couldnt tell from all the presentations/announcements and all the booths that were using speakers.
 
True the back is the same. But thats about it. Its completely open, the complete opposite of a p180 lol.
 
HAHAHHAHAHAHA did anyone else notice that the specs on the last box............ Killer network card. Isnt that the card that costs like $250 and has some rediculous specs?
 
no dude, if you are a hardcore gamer, you need an ethernet card with embedded linux. There is no other option. If you don't have it, you don't win. ;)

ummm u forget that its the head coordinator's box. Do u really think he payed for that? Theres a reason while hes got all them coporate logos lazer etched into the acralic.

Actually, the new Antec case itself was relatively small and light compared to what else is out there. The 200mm fan was awesome.

YUP..that one is wicked

Dam Antec case was hot too...But it would be HOTTER..if it had a slide-out motherboard tray,made out of Aluminum..then it would kick butt :D
 
On a side note, why again is a removeable motherboard try important? I mean especially if the entire side panel comes off.
