Case with IR Receiver "spot"?

Was just curious if there are any good quality cases out there with a small window or open space on the front to accommodate an IR receiver . I've used the Hauppauge cards before and always hated the fact that I had to run a wire around and stick the receiver on the front of the box. Kinda detracts from the appearance imo. What are you guys doing for this? I've considered drilling a small hole in the front of the next box I build. Curious to hear your thoughts.
