Hey guys. I need some suggestions for cleaning up my case. I probably should get a new case, but I'll do that in my next build.

Here are some pics. It's a budget raidmax case. I got it for around 50$ awhile ago.

Crappy fan mad. combined with the ones in the front they got the job done though. 7C lower average case temps!

The rats nest. I don't know what to do with that lump of wires. I'm going to wrap the loose one coming form my video card in electrical tape soon though.

Suggestions?

I would:

1.)extend the length of the case fan wires a little bit and run them along the edge and bottom.
2.)flip the HD if that's possible.
3.)wrap all the case leads in the bottom right there.
4.)pull off the plastic molex sockets on the bottom, reconnect the wires and heatshrink the connections. Then either rout everything behind the mobo, or just wrap it real tight.

Good job so far. I sleeved al lthe wires in my case, including all header wires. You dont have too far to go :)

Try going to the rate my cables thread in the case mod gallery.. Lot's of ideas and if you post there more people will help

For changing wire lengths, do I need to have a certain type of wire? I'm still not exactly sure about what to do with that rat's nest at the bottom...
