ok ive decited to have the side penel on my lianli V1000b water cut with window, the window ive dicited will be of the U.S.S. Voyager on the top half and in the PSU/HDD area eather VOYAGER or USS VOYAGER

but i need help with well designing it, i can see how i want it in my mind, im just having trouble getting it on paper, im going from this pic:

with the ship fliped over so it faces twords the left, but i need help if getting the mesurments for the case
 
Soz mate I don't think ill be able to help but I just have to say sweet idea I loved Star Trek Voyager, 7 of 9 :D, I might give it shot if you could give a slighty beter description im still not to shore what your after
 
all im really looking is to get the outline of voyager cut into a window, my pain kills a well they suck :p so i was lkinda hoping taht anyone that has the needed skills and some free time could help outwith that asspect
