I know that i've seen this, but i can't seem to find it on newegg...

Do they sell a bag of screws for putting together a pc? I need everything: mobo, drives, powersupply...Thanks.

only says 4 motherboard mounting standoffs so I would get two packages if your case requires standoffs. Some cases have dimples/raised spots stamped in so you can screw the mb directly on. Just depends on your case but if you need standoffs I would use one for every mb hole and there is typically 8.

didnt see at newegg but they hide that kind of stuff pretty good and the shipping is out of sight for a small order like that.

a google seach on "motherboard scres" and "case screws" returned a bunch of stuff.

Other than the motherboard standoffs most of the screws could be found at a good hardware store. Cant remember if its the case or the hard drive but one is 6-32 treads so a pan or hex head 1/4 or 3/8 long 6-32 will solve some of your problem.

New cases usually have this included, and if you build enough computers, you'll end up with a ton of extras lying around.

Best Byte has this for $3, which should have everything you need.

Since Directron has the $10 minimum purchase requirement, and Best Byte will ship most any order for $5, this should come out cheaper. Might be worth checking out their fans, etc, to pad your order, and still get the same shipping, so you're not paying $8 for something that cheap.
