Hey, guys.
I was pretty much dead set on a Corsair case for my new Ivy Bridge build, considering either the 300R or the 650D, until I start reading various case reviews. I was basing my choice primarily on aesthetic appeal and I knew that anything from Corsair was going to be an improvement over my CM iTower 930.
Most reviews indicate that the Corsair cases perform poorly where cooling is concerned and that is something that is important to me. I will be cooling at 3570 with either an H60 (I already own) or and H80. I have an 560ti DS that's getting ready to go back to EVGA because when I play Diablo 3, it's hits 100 degrees C and I lose video. I want thing to be relatively cool and quiet. My ambient temps are pretty decent. My home office has A/C that I keep cranked during the warm months and I have a fan in the room.
The [H] community is particularly Corsair friendly but I have to ask: Is there a significant real-world difference in cooling performance between Corsair line of cases versus, say Antec or Cooler Master cases?
Thank you.
