Hello I am a newb as you can tell. And I was wondering can I buy any case to upgrade? Right now I run a VAIO PCV something. And here is the one I want to buy.

as long as all your current hardware will fit in it.

also if your planning on putting a store bought prebuilt pc into a new case i think there may be some issues with connecting the power/reset/hdd led connectors from the case to the mobo, but im not 100% sure on this.
 
That case is a piece of garbage.

Directron/newegg/performance-pcs/xoxide have good selections, but stay away from anything cheap like you picked out.
