Case / PSU fitting problem

I've got a no-name case, and I just got an Antec 430W PSU to replace my old one.
Problem is, there's a big-ass (92mm) intake fan on the bottom/top of the PSU that I'd like to put to use, but with the way my case is designed, the fan is on top and about 1/2" away from the top of the case. That's no good.

How can I make this work? It looks to me like I"d need to drill some holes in either the PSU or the case, and maybe put some sort of spacer between the PSU and the support bars below it to hold it up to fit new holes.

I can't get into my website right now, so pictures can be emailed if needed..
