Case modding ideas needed!!

cut fan grills out for starters, cut side panel into a window, maybe new handles and feet?

Thanks, the case is really nice up close. I am trying to do something different with this than most pcs.

Maybe a top window? with holes and a fan for exhaust. Give me ideas =D
 
make the mesh on the side an actual window and use led's or ccfls to make the top/front/opp. side light up. make it glow all around. maybe take the mesh out and paint it a nice green or blue or red or your preference...
 
Rear grill needs to go by bye for sure, way to much backpressure on the fan to be effective.
 
If those two lower 5.25 bays arent used put a window there and either polish up your HD and stick it in there or get and old HD and do a window mod, and pit it in there. You could mount it bottom side up and have a mirror on the bottom of the empty bays. I hope that is not confusing. I like these cases also, my bro has one. Reminds me of a G5 case of course.

I think lighting behind the mesh is a good idea and definitely a side window.
 
Yeah so these are ideas I gathered from here and other forums:

- Cut out mesh and put in a side window
- Cut out the top and bottom putting windows on both so you can see right through it
- Ditch the rear grill
- Window mod in the front with the polished HD (i kinda like the concept, maybe an led lighting it up)
- Fabricate a new back with the I/O plate so it's all one piece of metal, and mount the PSU vertically instead of horizontally
- Put a bumper sticker that says "My child is an honor roll student" (....i dont think that person had very much experience with case mods LOL)
- Cut out the top and put in a cup holder


and that's really all i got. I will decide on some or add some later and then start work on it! Thanks for the ideas guys
