How about a better NB chipset cooler, get rid of the restrictive grill over the Memory fans and a cooling tube for the Video Card/HDD

and a 1 piece smoke colored plexiglass top and side panel to see the fricken beautiful job you did on the wiring.;)
 
dude, i wouldn't mess with its inerds. Its looks like u took some time to get it like that. Maybe add a lcd display to the front...but that's it. I can tell you this, boredom is dangerous!!!

I love the cooling tube idea. I might do that
 
I mounted copper heatsinks on my 7600GTs and the Swiftech Chipset cooler and the tube with a 120mm fan keeps the cards at 36- 45C.
