Case issue??

Hey guys,
At my wits end here.

I have an ASUS P5K motherboard and a Silverstone ST75F PS with a C2D 2.4 ghz O'ced to 3.6 ghz. Here's my issue. Whenever I shut down my PC, in order to turn it back on I have to physically switch the power off on the back of the case, wait for the power to completely be off and then switch it back on in order to turn on the PC. If I just turn it right back on without doing this the PC doesn't POST. This happens whether the CPU is running at 2.4ghz or 3.6 ghz.

I have replaced both the motherboard and the power supply on warranty. Is this a case issue then? A CPU issue? Running out of culprits.

Thanks in advance for any all input.

The power supply was replaced on warranty. It would be a hell of a coincidence if a new ps caused the same issue. I can try and find another but anyone have any other ideas as to what it might be? Does this sound like a RAM issue? Connector in the case?
