Has anyone had any experience putting a carrying handle onto a case? I want one on the top so I can kinda just carry it around going to LAN parties. Anyone have any suggestions?

Put some eye-bolts through it and slap a hockey bag strap on it.

Yeah,

I put two of THESE
on the top of my case. Just had to support it with a bit of acrylic first, or else the top of the case would buckle.

On my last case I used a couple of drawer handles from Ikea (alumn) to the top of the case. no problem.

another option would be to get a carry strap; many places make em here are a few that I've used and had good luck with:

sunbeam: very secure; downfall is you have to at least unhook 2 of the supports to set it up, (or take it off entierly,) which can be a pain but it holds very well during transport, and its innexpensive.

Geargrip: they make multiple sizes/styles, very secure, well made and you don't have to take it off, it can stay on during gaming, (mine is on 24/7.) Only real drawback to it is price... twice the cost of the above.

gordy_hand,
Those are some beautiful handles, in fact they are the nicest I have seen yet!. It't a shame they are so expensive, I understand they are machined out of blocks of aluminum, but at $25 per handle they are bit steep. Here's to Wishing :)

Considering the time and material cost of each one that's very cheap. :D

Compared to other handles I can see why people would be shocked at the price tho.

I've a set here waiting for a project, I've not had much modding time of late.

:( I don't wanna buy a pair. For my case I think a single handle would be suffice.
