I have a thermaltake Xaser III case, which includes an easy access usb 2.0 port on top of the case, I plugged all of the little prongs into the mobo correctly, but I can't seem to get it to work. My mobo is an Asus SK8N. Are there some special extra drivers for these? Or maybe I did plug the prongs in wrong....? Any ideas????

THANKS - DRUVENILE

I got the sorta the same case as you. I plugged mine in correctly and didnt need any drivers; they work perfect. Double, triple, make that quadruple check your connections.

I'd say the plugs in the wrong order. Saying that though, have you checked your mobo's BIOS to make sure all the USB ports are enabled?

do you have sp1? they could be usb 2.0 which dosnt work right without sp1 or sp2.

another thing is you could have plugged them in the wrong spots, each pin is individule on that case arnt they? check the mobo manual and the case maunal

The little individual plugs should all be labelled, they go in order - [+5V, Data -, Data +, Ground]. If there are two front USB ports, they will be labelled Data - (1) or Data - (2) etc.
The +5V should plug into the pin 1 header on the mainboard.
