Case for girls

You could always get a Fractal Designs Core 1000, Arc Mini or Define Mini and use vinyl wrap on the exterior of the case. Sleeve the power supply in her choice of colors and swap out the fans for something in her choice of the color spectrum.

I am liking the Whte Silverstone, or the idea of the vinyl wrap. The third case linked is pretty cool too, but is minitx :( her board is mATX
 
I really like KrylonArt's suggestion - think of how she will feel if you use some modding skills to really personalize a quality case for her.

The options are limitless - but I love the Fractal Design Arc & Define Mini he mentioned - smooth designs.

Vinyl wrap is available in such variety, or you could go with a combo of solid color wrap and custom graphics.

It really is. I was surprised when I first found it. Its a nice little case, but had some cheapo parts to it unfortunately.
 
I think I'm sold on the Silvertone with some Vinyl Graphics. Daisys are her favorite flower and I found these:

Could put those on the side or something. Or some other vinyl I find. Might even be-fuckin-dazzle the thing. Stratosrally made a good point of personalizing the case for her. Make it into something unique.

Good thing is I work from home 3 days a week and can have that bad boy reassembled while shes at work.

You can get inkjet printable plain white vinyl on rolls, only seen it for A3 printers though , but that's here in EU, maybe in the states it's available for A4 printers aswell.
Then you could print whatever you (she) like.

Can't say I've seen many girly cases, but my girlfriend loved her Lian Li V351, but for me it was a headache with the limited CPU cooler space and lack of dust filters. I went ahead and got her a Silverstone FT03.

I do have issues with vibration/resonance/something with the case though. Can't seem to solve it without removing the 3 mechanical drives in there.
