I have a HAF 932 and Im currently running the case fans from the mobo, is there any pros or cons about doing this? all the case fans are 3 pins. Would the fans get more direct power by running them off of th 4pin molex adapters?

You wouldn't necessary get "more direct power" from running the fans off the PSU directly, but you wouldn't be limited by the number of available fan ports on the motherboard. In most cases, you can monitor the speed (RPM) of each fan that's connected directly to the motherboard, either through the BIOS or a program like SpeedFan or HWMonitor.
 
On a similar note, is it fine to daisy chain all of your fans to the PSU, including your CPU fan, or should you put the CPU fan on a dedicated molex? Thinking six case fans not counting the two on the CPU.
 
Yes, you'll get "more direct power," since the power isn't going through the mobo, but that really makes no difference.

CPU fan needs to be connected to the motherboard so that it can detect RPM speed and alarm in case of failure. All other case fans can be connected directly to the PSU, and yes, they can all be daisy chained to a single molex connector.

There are also adapters that change your 3-pin connector into a molex pass-through, while also breaking off the RPM sense signal (yellow line) with a 3-pin connector (no power/ground) to connect back to the mobo for RPM monitoring with the programs tiraides mentioned.
 
Hopefully your not running your 200mm fans from your mobo. I've read from other guys that have done this and killed their fans. I get the impression that the 200's don't do well running at lower RPM's then they are rated at. I won't even put my 140's on a fan header.
