I was looking at this fan as an exaust fan in the back. I have 1 80mm Exhaust at the top, an 80mm in the back (which will be replaced), 2 80mm's in front cooling my HD's and another fan on the left side. So I have three 80mm Intakes, 2 80mm exhausts but I plan to switch one of those to a 120mm.

What i'd like to know are is there any LED lights I can get for this fan?

I also have a 120mm CPU fan and a PSU fan but they don't really pull air in or out. I have a LED temperature display on the front of the case and that reads about 30c at idle, the mobo is 35c, and the cpu is about 28c. At load obviously these are higher.

Also, what do you think of that fan. It's one of the noisier (45 dba) ones on newegg.com but it moves the most air on there (133cfm). It's also only $10. I see some with LED's that are a few bucks more expensive, move about 90cfm, and are 46dba so that makes me think that this one would be better if I could just get LED lights. I don't NEED led lights at all but it would be a plus to get some.

I do not think you can get a LED for that fan , but you can probably put one behind it in the case and have it shine thur the fan. If the fan you want is too loud you can get a fan controller to slow the fan down when you do not need it to add extra cooling. Your temp do not look bad at idle ,but your max temp is what you want to look at ,they are the ones that matter.

y dont u just buy an led fan that has around the same specs as that fan?

Well i'm looking for that mark but I don't see any out there.

This one has the best CFM:DBA ratio in my opinion. Did you have one in mind when you said that or are you just making a general statement?

Buntz, where would I get an LED from?
