So, I was thinkin about gettinga new VGA cooler, and along with it, I need some new case fans. My case is an antec SuperLanboy, and i've got the stock 120 mm cooling fans, which are apparently only 35 or so CFM. I really don't feel that much air flow in or out, and I have noticed higher temps due to heat building up inside.
So what is a good amount of CFM that should be going in and out of the case for efficient case cooling? Also, are there any major differences between single and double ball bearings?
I don't mind hearing the fans run, I just don't want it to drown out all the sound in my apartment, so any suggestions on fan models? Thanks

I'm no expert on how much CFM is good enough but I would think the type of CPU, PSU and GPU would help answer your question. Pherhaps 50+ CFM would do?

Ball bearings... I'm not sure either.

Oh yes, It would be good if you could tell us what dB levels you want. If 65dB is ok, the Delta TFB1212GHE 120x38mm is a good choice.

Go with the higher speed Scythe S-Flexes - good CFM and very quiet. High quality bearings also, so they will last a long time.
