First off, right now i have a P4 520 at 245FSB. Do ALL mATX mobos have OCing options (Excluding Intels own)? I need a mobo that has FSB adjustments from 200-250 at least to keep my overclock. My CPU is undervolted, so itll be fine heatwise, which we'll get into in a sec.

I wanna get an aria-type case that i can fit an mATX board in. I heard silverstone (and im sure youve seen a post about it) is coming out with the fraggbox chassis for the end-user market. Any new news on this? I only kinda like the aria...i hate silver first off, and the cooling is poopoo. And what about this Aria 2 business....nothing showed up at CES, is there a way to find anything out? (sure youve heard this too) I'm trying as hard as I can not to buy an Aria, but if nothing comes out by May....im done for :p

Im doing this for college BTW, so i can carry my comp back and fourth.

I did some searching myself, assholes :D. Turn out the Abit IG-81 is the best mATX OCing 775 board out right now. Now i just need suggestions....

Hiya, I'm in much the same situation as you...

I too am set on the IG-80 (81 has no PCI-E slot I don't think...or maybe its no firewire?) for an intel platform. I am told this has decent overclockability

However, check out the Overclockers Workshop review of the MSI ATI XPRESS board - it has NO overclocking features onsoever!

Also, why the Zalman 7000 instead of the 7700-CU?

yes, the 81 has no firewire. Since i get my current 245fsb OC on undervolted vcore (1.33) im sure i can OC on the IG-80. im pretty set on it, aside from it being green (yuck)

i heard the 7700 doesnt fit in an aria, and i dont wanna shell the extra 15$ out

Ok, I'll keep that in mind myself if it doesn't fit... I may go for the 7000-CU LED then :)

Have you considered any of the Thermalright? I am sure the XP-120 is too big - how about the 90?

I am getting the 7000LED, very nice IMHO, maybe ill get the zalman VGA cooler too. Do you think i can fit the nv silencer in an aria? i think the PSu will block it, we'll see.

i had an XP90 on one of my old A64 rigs, its pretty big, i KNOW you wont be able to fit it especially with a fan.....the stock intel LGA775 HSF fits under the ARIA PSU with NO clearance, it is literally a PERFECT fit, so measure that and go from there. im waiting to see if my friend will buy my CM case off me, then ill get this aria.
