Well today I just got a sweet DeWALT dremil. HEHE lucky me. :)
Now I got a few questions.

I'm working on a Chieftech fulltower steel case I'm thinking it's 20awg

I'm fine for doing most of the bulk work. But for the more detail stuff what type of bits/heads do you use.

I picked up a Dimondtipped bit and a Titanium bit. Should this do it for doing basic rounding. Just making sure that I picked up the right tools for the job since the people at lows were slightly less then helpful.

Going to be putting in a top and back side window. And replacing the rear powersupply plate with a bit of plexy. I got a a 50cm x 300cm sheet of slightly tinted plexy. It's a slight smoke color.
Going to also replace the main window with this.

I just need to sand down an epoxy high heat paint finish. :)

so the question is what kind of bits to use for detail work??

well if you want to, there are attachments you can get so u can hold it in 1 hand like a pencil and do little engraving type things.

cuttoff discs, sanding thing, thoes drill/router bits are all i really use.

The cutoff disc is your friend. :)

Thank you that's what I needed. Cause I just went out and got a kit of cut off disc and the sorts.

Have you started cutting yet? Do you like the smell? Smells nice doesn't it!

I have a dremel too and I use it to cut 1/2 Acrylic sheets(to make holes and such). I agree, when cutting you gotta love the smell of it. Haven't tried cutting cases yet so I dunno but for not smokin acrylic is enough hahahha.
